Bosaw Land Works is built on a shared belief in discipline, hard work, and long-term vision — values forged through professional sport, craftsmanship, and farming life.
Ant represented England in the Decathlon at the 2002 Commonwealth Games and later became a World Cup medalist in Skeleton Bobsleigh, competing for Great Britain during the 2007/08 season when the team was ranked number one in the world.
Sport is where I met my wife, Lucy.
Lucy comes from a farming family, competed internationally as a Great Britain heptathlete, and is also known to many as Tempest from Gladiators. Between us, we understand performance, pressure, teamwork, and what it takes to commit fully to a goal.
After retiring from professional sport in 2010, Ant returned to his trade as a carpenter, settling in South Devon, where they’ve spent the last 15 years helping people create their dream oak frame homes and barn conversions.
Lucy’s farming background and our family’s long-standing interest in land deals naturally evolved into Bosaw Land Works — combining practical building knowledge with strategic land development insight.
We want to help people realise genuine value in their land while creating places where families can truly belong.
